Google Quick Search Box
Dave, one of the QSB developers posted a reply to one of my messages within the QSB Mac General Discussion saying that I had omitted some interesting features. So here are his suggestions and a couple more of my own:

Change system volume
:: Activate QSB :: Enter vol - several volume options will appear
:: Select a volume level
:: Hit Return

Control iTunes (Be sure the Application UI settings both selected within the Searchable Items tab of the QSB Preferences)
:: Activate QSB
:: Enter itunes
:: Hit Enter - iTunes will load
:: With iTunes Activate QSB
:: Enter itunes
:: Hit Tab - all iTunes menu items will appear in alphabetical order (this technique works for all apps!)
:: You can move the cursor through the options or simply try keywords
:: Enter p - Play iTunes and Previous iTunes Track will display
:: Experiment with other keywords and menu items

Search Wikipedia, IMDB or practically any site the includes it's own search tool
:: Activate QSB
:: Type wikipedia or imdb (or any site address such as newegg.com or even docstechnotes.com!)
:: Hit Tab
:: Type in search string - articles related to search will appear
:: Select an option
:: Hit Return - default browser will display the article

Send a Tweet
:: Using the QSB Preferences pane, configure Twitter account(s) (see previous post)
:: Activate QSB
:: Hit the space bar - QSB activates text entry mode
:: Type in Tweet (140 characters or less)
:: Hit Tab - Twitter account(s) is displayed
:: Select the account
:: Hit Return I'll continue to experiment and solicit feedback from QSB users for more tips and add them to this note.
